Driven by problem-solving and developing people? Do you have experience in operations and retail? Are you a confident leader with an interest in second-hand goods? Apply for the position of Production Supervisor for our supply chain and join our work for a world that truly lasts!

Through second-hand sales, development collaborations, and work integration, Artikel2 works for a world that truly lasts. We are a non-profit organization that is religiously and politically independent, with collective agreements and a 90% tax-deductible donation account.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Production Supervisor at Artikel2, you are responsible for ensuring that the operations and delivery of the supply chain follow established plans, budgets, and goals. Our second-hand production includes sorting, valuation, pricing, and packing for distribution (with our own stores having the greatest focus). Your workday is spent in the midst of production activities, where you distribute tasks and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

Production is a crucial link between the collection flow and second-hand sales. Therefore, the Production Supervisor has a good overview of the entire supply chain and maintains close contact with those responsible for transport and stores.

The team you lead consists of both employees and individuals in labor market programs. Therefore, the role requires a genuine interest in people's development and the ability to see opportunities rather than limitations when requirements are set and expectations are clarified.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring efficient and high-quality supply to our stores.
  • Planning, prioritizing, and distributing work in the best way based on current conditions.
  • Leading your team through the product sourcing process to maintain production speed and quality according to targets.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and their adherence.

The role is primarily operational, but you are also responsible for the development of processes, assortment, and operations in consultation with the Supply Chain Manager, to whom you report.

Overall areas of responsibility:

  • Quality responsibility for assortment and pricing.
  • Introduction, development, and follow-up of department personnel in labor market programs.
  • Ensuring efficient warehousing.
  • Maintenance of equipment and fixtures.

ABOUT YOU

You have a good and clear leadership style characterized by sensitivity and a positive view of people. You share our vision of a labor market where there is an understanding that people have different abilities and conditions – and that people can grow.

To thrive in this role, you enjoy quick problem-solving and can handle the unexpected, as the incoming second-hand flow is largely unpredictable. You have a high degree of personal maturity and can independently prioritize tasks depending on the situation, being both structured and flexible in your role.

You have an understanding of the business, the logistics behind it, and the big picture. You have a genuine interest in second-hand goods and are motivated by the challenge of meeting delivery targets regardless of how the day unfolds.

Requirements:

  • Experience with supply chains and retail.
  • At least 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years of leading teams of 5 or more people.
  • Good planning skills and financial understanding.
  • Proactive and solution-focused.
  • Good administrative and digital competence.
  • Good communication skills. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Merits:

  • Previous experience in logistics or warehousing.
  • Previous experience with assortment and valuation within second-hand.
  • Previous experience working with work integration.
  • Experience working with internal customers and providing high-quality service.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., fashion, interior design, economics, sustainability) or equivalent experience.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probation period. The location is at our sorting facility in Hägersten, Västberga Industrial Area, Stockholm. The role requires on-site presence. Artikel2 has collective agreements.

We look forward to receiving your application by June 14, 2026. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline, so don't wait to apply!
